Pre-event packet pick-up celebration. The weekend begins with a kickoff celebration. Participants can pick up packets, maps, and t-shirts 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
January 22, 2022
5K Run – $25
Check-in: 6:30am – 7:45am
Race Time: 8:00am
The 5K run/walk is designed for advanced and novice runners. On Saturday, check in begins at 6:30 am. Race time is 8:00 am. A continental breakfast will be available for participants.
Mini Tour (Kids Ride) -$10
Kids Ride – 3-mile ride
Check-in: 9am – 10:00am
Safety and Helmet Check: 10:15am
Ride Time: 10:30am
Join us Saturday morning and register your kids for the Kids Bicycle Ride. Kids will receive a performance shirt and a lunch. The course is designed to be safe and flat and well supported by the Cape Coral Police Department. It is a great family start to a healthy new year!

Sunday’s bike tours offer varied routes from 15, 30, 60, and 100-mile courses in the west and north sections of Cape Coral. Rhythm on the River: Michael Dutra & the Strictly Sinatra Band 1/28/2022 6:00 PM – 1/28/2022 8:00 PM
Join us for the first Rhythm on the River concert of the year! This Sinatra tribute band has been performing all across the country since 2002. They opened for Howie Mandel at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, and performed at the Governor Chris Christie inaugural event in 2010. Michael shares many similarities to Frank Sinatra: both are left handed, both born on December 12, they are the same height and both of their fathers were boxers at one time.
Come spend the evening along the river, while enjoying great music, a fantastic river view, and refreshing beverages! Bring your favorite lawn chair and a sweater if the weather is chilly. A food truck and beverage vendor will have refreshments available for purchase. No coolers permitted. Concert starts at 6 p.m.; doors open at 5:30 p.m. Parking is available in the Edison Ford lots only.
Individual Tickets: Edison Ford Members: $30; Non-members: $35; All tickets the day of the event: $40
A new VIP seating area will be open and may be reserved by the table for $225, which includes the use of the table and chairs for up to 5 people.

Garden Talk: Wicked Plants and How Plants Defend Themselves 1/8/2022 10:00 AM – 1/8/2022
With the cooler temperatures in Southwest Florida, it is a great time of year to start gardening and experimenting with a variety of different plants. As you choose plants to highlight and place in prominent spots in your yard, it is important to be aware of wicked plants and how they react to their surroundings. During this talk, we will discuss the qualities that a wicked plant is composed of and how to arrange them in your space to protect yourself and your landscape. If you have any questions about certain plants in your collection, be sure to bring them along. Participants will receive a 20% off coupon for use toward plants in the Garden Shoppe. Please meet behind the Banyan tree in the old café area. Advance registration is not required.
